Here, I am spearheading efforts to modernize healthcare by leading the evolution of Tebra’s Patient Experience touch points for providers and patients.

These are the fundamental principles I approach every endeavor with:

North stars are a start, not the end.

You know that hazy, middle ground where visions need to somehow find a path to a viable feature or product? That’s where I excel. Evolution over revolution. Visions guide, not dictate.

Be comfortable being uncomfortable.

Oceans never need boiling. Decision paralysis is the enemy of progress. Compromises are what shape reality.

Always find the silver lining.

Seeing your glass half full can make or break a day, let alone a project. Don’t swallow cynicism; positivity tastes—and amplifies—much better.
